Join our Tex-Mex bonanza of a cooking class, where we'll make the tamales, tortillas, and guacamolé of Cara's youth in the Lone Star State. Learn how to craft your ideal tamale filling, make your own masa dough, assemble inside a soaked corn husk, and steam it just the right amount. All of the food at this event is entirely gluten-free, so this is a great event for celiac and gluten-intolerant folks. Learn to Make Pi(e) (3/11)

Pi Day is every math nerd's favorite holiday, and just like the decimals of this beloved irrational number, we're serving up a workshop that might never be repeated (even if it is a few days earlier than 3.14)You'll learn to make a full pot pie + salad, savory galettes, two (2) mini ice box pies, and sweet hand pies to take home, freeze, and bake whenever you'd like. And of course, we'll craft a delicious flaky-golden homemade pie crust – no frozen store-bought crusts here. After your pies are finished baking, you'll get to enjoy them onsite (and bring all your leftovers home in a hand-painted takeout box). Kid-friendly and adults-only options available, and we're able to accomodate most dietary and allergy needs with advance notice.Space is limited, sign up to reserve your spot today!
